El Temazcal: It is a pre-Hispanic practice that was carried out as a ceremony for the warriors who went to battle, it consists of being submerged inside a small cabin with a lot of steam to take a relaxing tea, this opens the pores of your skin for 30 minutes, when finished it is smeared mud which is a perfect exfoliant, all this recharges you with a lot of energy.
